How do we do this?

  1. We do not charge for your initial intake, photocopies and faxes. 
  2. We charge a flat fee for many of our services. 
  3. We offer you  2 fee options: 
    1. $625.00 Flat Fee + $125.00/each additional hour. Full payment of the flat fee is required prior to the beginning of the first session.
      The hourly fee is required prior to the beginning of the additional sessions.
    2. $175.00 Hourly Rate
      Full payment of the flat fee is required prior to the beginning of the first session.

Face To Face Mediation requires that all parties contribute to the cost.  The division of the mediation fees, including cancellation fees, does not have to be shared equally between the parties; however, the mediator may require full payment by one of the parties. 

The cost of experts, should they be required, is the responsibility of the parties.

Face To Face Mediation does charge for couriers and parking.  The invoiced amount of these expenses is the responsibility of the parties. 

Payment can be made by cash or cheque.
